SHIPPING METHODS & HOURS

We ship UPS, Fedex or truck. Unless specified, orders under 300 pounds ship small package and orders over 300 pounds ship by truck.

UPS & Fedex pickup at 5pm EST. Orders placed by 4:30pm EST will ship same day except if it cannot be picked & packed in time. This exception mainly applies to large orders (20 line items or more) or if an item needs to be assembled. If you place an order near or after 4:30pm EST and it is very urgent, please call us to find out if it will ship same day.

All products except high output products are backed by a 6 month warranty that covers manufacturer defects.
